Banff: 30-Minute Heli Tour of Minnewanka Lake and Banff

Before you book
- Check in at the Alpine Helicopters office, a log building on the circular road near the Stoney Nakoda Resort and Casino at Morley. Parking is included; hotel transfers are not. The flight does not start in Banff: take-offs and landings are not allowed in Banff National Park, so sightseeing flights leave from outside it.
- Last winter this Stoney Nakoda base closed from 14 October 2025 to 1 May 2026 and sent flights to Alpine's Canmore base, 20 minutes west; the operator has not posted dates for winter 2026 to 2027, so confirm where your flight leaves from.
- Flights need at least two passengers, so you may share the helicopter with others; the operator says its helicopters seat up to five.
- Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
