- Not included: the Banff Gondola ticket, Upper Hot Springs entry, the Lake Minnewanka cruise and the guide's tip. The listing asks you to book a gondola slot at 10:30 or 11:00 AM in advance. Parks Canada sells hot springs entry only in person at reception, with no online or advance tickets.
- Closures to plan around: the Upper Hot Springs shut for maintenance from 13 October to early November 2026, and the listing says the tour goes to Lake Louise when they are closed; the Lake Minnewanka cruise makes its last 2026 sailing on 12 October; the Lake Minnewanka Trail has been closed since 16 September 2026 “until further notice” because of black bears; and the gondola closes from 17 to 19 November 2026.
- Not suitable for people with altitude sickness or over 95; pets and alcohol are not allowed. Bring a child safety seat if you need one, as the listing asks. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
