Before you book

  • Pickup and drop-off at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown, the Travel Alberta Canmore Visitor Information Centre or the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa. The national park pass, guide and drinking water are included; meals and tips are not, and lunch is a 45-minute break at Lake Louise, where food is for sale.
  • Moraine Lake is on the tour only in its season: Moraine Lake Road is closed to private cars all year, and Parks Canada let shuttles and licensed tour vehicles use it from 1 June to 12 October in 2026. Out of season the listing visits Banff town instead.
  • Johnston Canyon: from 13 October 2026 Parks Canada closes the canyon trail to the Lower Falls and the Upper Falls lower viewpoint, with the P1 lot and washrooms, for rock-slope work, and has published no reopening date. The listing does not say what replaces the canyon, so ask the operator before booking a date after 12 October.
  • Pets, smoking and alcohol are not allowed. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
