Before you book

• Pickup and drop-off at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown, 2801 Bow Valley Trail in Canmore, or the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa. Round-trip transport, a local guide, drinking water and the national park pass are included.
• Not included: the Banff Gondola ticket, a Lake Minnewanka cruise or boating, food and tips. The listing asks you to buy your gondola ticket online in advance for a time slot between 10:30 and 11:00 am. The gondola is closed from 17 to 19 November 2026, and the Lake Minnewanka Cruise's 2026 season ended on 12 October (Pursuit lists 7 May to 11 October for 2027).
• The itinerary gives an hour at the Banff Upper Hot Springs but does not say whether admission is included; Parks Canada sells entry only in person, and the springs are closed for maintenance from 13 October to early November 2026.
• The title names Lake Louise, but the itinerary has no stop there: it lists the gondola (1.5 hours), the hot springs, Bow Falls, the Cascade of Time Garden, Lake Minnewanka (45 minutes), free time in Banff (1.5 hours) and Surprise Corner, and the description adds Two Jack Lake and Johnson Lake. Ask the operator if Lake Louise matters to you. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
