Before you book
- Pickup and drop-off are at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown, the Canmore information centre and Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa; the listing's winter pickup times are 7:15 am in Calgary, 8:40 am in Canmore and 9:00 am in Banff. The national park pass, a guide and photos are included. Guiding is in Chinese and English.
- The summer route, 1 May to 12 October and weather dependent, stops at Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and the Columbia Icefield for 3.5 hours. The Columbia Icefield Adventure (Ice Explorer and Skywalk) is not included: ask the operator in advance to buy it for you, as otherwise tickets depend on what is left on site. Pursuit runs it to 12 October in 2026.
- From 13 October to 30 April the winter route applies. From 1 December to 31 March it visits Abraham Lake for the ice bubbles, weather permitting, then Peyto Lake and Lake Louise; outside those months Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls replace Abraham Lake, and Lake Louise is dropped. Snowshoes are lent free in winter, per the listing.
- Not included: meals (bring food and drinks), activities and gratuities. Tell the operator in advance about luggage, a wheelchair or a stroller. Feeding or touching animals is not allowed. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund”.
