- Departure from Banff or Canmore, depending on the option you book. You keep to the bus timetable: it stays 1 hour 20 minutes at each lake and waits no more than five minutes for latecomers, and the next bus may be full.
- Not included: a driver and guide service fee of C$10 a person, which the listing says is required on the special discount options. The national park pass, bottled water, GST and Wi-Fi are included. There is no washroom on board, and the tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Moraine Lake Road has been closed to private cars since 2023, and Parks Canada let tour vehicles use it from 1 June to 12 October in 2026, so do not count on a Moraine Lake visit after 12 October. The listing's winter options go to Lake Louise and Marble Canyon instead.
