- Departure from Banff or Canmore; the pickup point depends on the option you book. It is a shared shuttle with no guide and needs at least four people to run; if it does not, the listing offers another date, another service or a full refund.
- Moraine Lake is visited from 1 June to 12 October; from 13 October to 31 May the listing goes to Johnston Canyon instead. But Parks Canada closes the Johnston Canyon trail to the Lower Falls and the Upper Falls lower viewpoint from 13 October 2026, with no reopening date, so ask the operator what a later date includes.
- Included: the round trip and Banff National Park entry. Not included: tips, food and drinks; children under 6 need a car seat you bring. Not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users; pets, luggage and large bags are not allowed.
