Jasper SkyTram Roundtrip Flight Ticket
Before you book
- Show your voucher and ID at the Guest Services window at the lower station, at the end of Whistlers Road, to get your ticket. After booking, reserve your times up and down by following the instructions on the ticket; otherwise you take the next cabin with space. Parking is free while spaces last. Until the end of October 2026, repairs bring single-lane alternating traffic on Whistlers Road (Parks Canada).
- The ride takes about seven minutes each way. The upper station stands 2,263 m above sea level, about 948 m above the lower one; the Whistlers summit, at 2,463 m (8,081 ft), is a 1.4 km hike further up (Pursuit). The listing says the top can be 12°C colder than town.
- Pursuit's 2026 season runs to 25 October (its hours page says 26 October), weather dependent, and it lists 21 May to 11 October for 2027. Since 7 September the hours have been 10 am to 6 pm, with the last ride up at 4:30 pm.
- Not included: the national park pass (CA$12.25 per adult per day in 2026), transport, food and drinks, and Summit Café table reservations. Children under 6 ride free but need a ticket from the base booth and must ride with a paying adult.
- Not suitable for people with claustrophobia, a fear of heights, vertigo or altitude sickness. Cancellation: the listing records no free cancellation and gives no terms.

Good to Know
- Children under 6 years are complimentary however they will still require a ticket to board, and must be accompanied by a paid adult on the tram ride. Please pick up their complimentary tickets at the base ticket booth.
- Perfect time to visit is in the morning or evening, which provides the best light for photography and there are typically fewer visitors during these hours.
- Operates in all weather conditions. Carry water, sunscreen and dress in layers to stay warm. The upper station can be 12° C cooler than Jasper townsite
- Reserve your flight times, up and down, after you complete your booking by following the contact instructions on your ticket. Guests with unreserved flight times will be allocated space in the next available tram cabin upon arrival at the stations.
