Before you book
- Departure from Banff or Canmore, depending on the option you book. You follow the shuttle timetable: 1 hour 20 minutes at each lake, the shuttle does not wait for latecomers, and the next one may be full.
- Not included: a driver service fee of C$10 a person, which the listing says is mandatory on the special discount options. There is no washroom on board. The national park pass and Wi-Fi are included; children 6 and under who weigh less than 40 lb must ride in a car seat.
- Moraine Lake Road has been closed to private cars since 2023, and Parks Canada let tour vehicles use it from 1 June to 12 October in 2026, so do not count on a Moraine Lake stop after 12 October. The listing's winter options go to Lake Louise and Marble Canyon instead.
